I know this has been a requested section for some time, and it was simply a matter of implementing a forum the right way, not just tacking one on. So here it is.
Rules for his forum are the same as most others. Post in the correct catergories (anything not tbg / tommy / meister related goes in off-topic), no spamming, be nice, etc. etc. I reserve the right to ban or limit functionality to anyone who abuses the forum.

[b]POSTING[/b] Posting is as simple as clicking "Start new topic" on your right, or by scrolling to the end of a thread to reply. Select the correct category, enter a title, and type your post. You can either post as plain text, or for those familiar with BBCode on other forums, you can use that for extra formatting, smilies, and placing pictures in your message. You can chose what mode at the bottom of your post. Images are limited at being 295px wide. Anything wider will be trimmed.
The forum [i]is[/i] multi-lingual - so you can post Japanese text or any other language. As terrafirma is an English based site, please keep the majority of conversation in English, however, use of other languages is fine when appropriate.
[b]DISCUSSIONS & CATEGORIES[/b] There are two ways of viewing threads. The Discussions page (which is the default page when you log in), lists all threads for the whole forum. Categories allows you to view threads by what category they are in.
[b]SEARCH[/b] You can search for topics, comments or usernames.
[b]ACCOUNT[/b] Within account you can change your personal details and forum preferences. Icons are 100px X 100px in size, and Account Pictures (which appear on your account page) are 400px x 200px in size. You can also change the colour of the forum (yellow, orange, red and magenta) with the Change Stylesheet menu option.
[b]SIDE PANEL[/b] The side panel on the right contains a number things. There's a list of who else is online, recent discussions, recent searches, and the ability to bookmark threads.
